Our years of experience working with industrial and manufacturing sites in Liverpool and throughout Merseyside, has taught us that each development has its own unique security needs.

Industrial estates have their own set of problems, which we are familiar with. Our security guards have undergone special training to combat these risks. They also receive extensive ´on-site´ training to ensure they fully understand any specific requirements your company may have.

Industrial Estate Crime

Statistics below were taken from the Commercial Victimisation Survey which details crime levels on Industrial Estates compared to similar companies not based on Industrial Estates¹.

• Burglary is almost twice as frequent
• Theft by employees is 50 per cent more frequent
• Theft by outsiders and vandalism are more frequent
• All crime is at least as frequent and significantly more frequent when assault and theft by customers are excluded
• Vehicle theft is more frequent for manufacturers on retail estates
